Payroll Administrator
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Services team.

The main duties of the role will include:

Processing a portfolio of approximately 30 monthly payroll clients.

Working with allocated clients to ensure monthly payroll deadlines are met.

Processing payroll changes to include New Starters/Leavers/Temporary & Permanent Pay Additions & Deductions/Applying Tax code & Student Loan notices.

Performing pension auto-enrolment duties to include enrolling new joiners, processing opt ins/opts outs, issuing pension communications to employees & uploading pension contributions to relevant pension providers on a monthly basis.

Preparing & Delivering Payroll Reports to Clients

Submitting monthly RTI filings to HMRC

Issuing payslips/P45’s/P60’s to employees

Performing tax year end routines
