Payroll Administrator 

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Services team.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in payroll. We are looking for someone that is seeking a varied role, is keen to learn, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

 

The main duties of the role will include:​

​

  • Processing a portfolio of approximately 30 monthly payroll clients.

  • Working with allocated clients to ensure monthly payroll deadlines are met.

  • Processing payroll changes to include New Starters/Leavers/Temporary & Permanent Pay Additions & Deductions/Applying Tax code & Student Loan notices.

  • Performing pension auto-enrolment duties to include enrolling new joiners, processing opt ins/opts outs, issuing pension communications to employees & uploading pension contributions to relevant pension providers on a monthly basis.

  • Preparing & Delivering Payroll Reports to Clients

  • Submitting monthly RTI filings to HMRC

  • Issuing payslips/P45’s/P60’s to employees

  • Performing tax year end routines
