
Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for a full-time Tax Manager to join our enthusiastic and driven team. The successful candidate will be a good communicator and professional when dealing with clients, a team player, well organised and can deal with the tight timetable of payment and filing deadlines.
The main duties of the role will include:

Corporate tax – Review of company tax computations and corporation tax returns as well as corporation tax provisions. These are prepared mainly from the accounting records maintained by us. The tax provisions will be for both single company accounts and Consolidated.

Partnership Tax – Review of partnership tax computations and tax returns mainly from the accounting records maintained by us.

Personal Tax – Personal tax returns, mainly for the partners/employees of the business clients. Coordination and management of tax liabilities. Responding the client queries in a timely manner.

P11D and P11D(b) – These are prepared based on accounting records maintained by us. You will be responsible for managing the flow of information to enable timely preparation.

PAYE Settlement Agreements – Dealing with both the PSA applications and annual reviews as well as the annual calculations.

Employment Related Securities – Dealing with the ERS notifications and the annual ERS returns
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Tax Compliance process (primarily Corporate and LLP Tax Returns) and will ensure that all of our corporate clients meet their payment deadlines and filing requirements.
Oakford’s strength is dealing with tax compliance matters and whilst we do not provide tax advisory services, we do deal with ad hoc queries from clients. Due to the complexities of the clients for whom we act, a strong technical background is essential as well as a keenness to keep up to date technically.
