Accounts Assistant / Administrator

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Administrator who is an enthusiastic team player and is up for a challenge in a fast-paced environment.

 

Experience within accounts and finance is not essential, however, we are keen to hear from those with some customer/client service experience.

 

The main duties of the role will include:

* Being the key day to day contact with both suppliers and the client

* Being responsible for and key coordinator for invoices mailbox management

* Dealing with supplier queries

* Becoming an integral part of the client team

* Setting up supplier payments using various banking platforms

* Working with the client daily and dealing and assisting them with queries

* Recording of purchase invoices

* Raising sales invoices

* Using Microsoft Excel
