Business Administrator 

RESPONSIBILITIES – Assisting with the following:

  • Drafting engagement letter

  • Maintaining CRM systems  

  • Maintaining prospective client schedule

  • Updating and managing the Company’s website 

  • Answering calls from clients and ensuring these queries are dealt with or passed to an appropriate member of the team 

  • Scanning, distributing, and shredding the daily post 

  • Supporting the wider team with any ad hoc duties

  • Performing AML research and reviewing client documentation

  • Requesting necessary documents from new clients

  • Organising staff events

  • Assisting with minute taking

  • Assisting Company Secretarial Manager with his day-to-day duties such as maintaining statutory registers, incorporations, dealing with related appointments, share issues



  • Comfortable with multitasking

  • Ability to manage own workload

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – face to face, telephone and via email 

  • Willingness to help with wherever is needed

  • Supportive and reliable team member
