Accounts Payable Specialist
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is an enthusiastic team player and is up for a challenge in a fast-paced environment.
Oakford Advisors Ltd is an outsourced business services company which specialises in providing back-office services to businesses within the Financial Services industry, with a particular focus on SME businesses in the investment management sector.
The main duties of the role will include:

Being the key day to day contact with both suppliers and the client

Being responsible for and key coordinator for invoices mailbox management

Dealing with supplier and client queries

Becoming an integral part of the client team

Setting up supplier payments using various banking platforms

Working with the client daily and dealing and assisting them with queries
-
Recording of purchase invoices in various accounting software
-
Working with accounts payable/expense management software
-
Processing personal and credit card expenses

Using Microsoft Excel
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Strong knowledge of Excel

Strong sense of ownership and detailed oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to work to a demanding schedule
